What does "100% Hand-Slaughtered Halal" mean?
It means every animal (beef, lamb, chicken) is individually hand-slaughtered by practicing Muslims, strictly following Islamic rites (Zabihah). We never use mechanical slaughter, ensuring complete religious integrity.
Where do you source your meat from?
We ethically source from carefully selected farms in the UK and internationally that uphold high animal welfare and sustainable practices. Our animals are naturally raised, often grass-fed, and free from unnecessary hormones or antibiotics.
How can I be sure your meat is genuinely Halal?
We work exclusively with certified abattoirs that adhere to the strictest Halal standards. Our process is transparent, and we are committed to upholding the trust you place in us for genuine Halal products.
Is your meat fresh or frozen?
All our meat is prepared fresh to order by our butchers. We never sell frozen-then-thawed meat. It is then expertly packed and delivered chilled, ready for your fridge or freezer.
How is the meat packaged for delivery?
Your meat is vacuum-sealed or securely wrapped, then packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain optimal chilled temperatures during transit, ensuring freshness upon arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and typically also Apple Pay/Google Pay via secure payment gateways.
