Our Responsible Packaging
- Our innovative packaging solutions ensure that your meats are delivered to you chilled, just as if they never left the fridge. This means all produce arrives to you in the most fresh condition as possible.
- On medium to large size orders we pack a staggering 1.5-2 Kg of resuable ice-packs which ensures the contents of your box stay at fridge temperatures for 58+ hours.
- On smaller orders, we sometimes use insulated mailer bags with around 1 Kg of resuable ice-packs which keep your goods at fridge temperatures for 50+ hours.
- As part of our commitment to protect and preserve this blessed dunya Allah SWT has gifted us with, all of our packaging is 100% kerbside recyclable. Although we do urge you to to reuse where possible, ie. the boxes and ice-packs.
Delivery Information
- Call/email customer service to clarify delivery during holiday & bank holiday periods as our delivery schedule will change
- Currently we ship to Mainland UK only, for international or UK Island enquiries, please get in-touch.
- If you would like to schedule your delivery for a specific day after the earliest delivery date, please get in-touch.
- Saturday shipping is available at checkout for a small extra fee.
- Provide any shipping instructions (leave in porch etc) in the notes box on the basket page.
- We will email you once your order has been dispatched and our couriers will be in-touch on the morning of the delivery day via email/sms. The courier will give you a 1-hour slot when the parcel will be delivered, this can be modified and changed as required to suit you.
- We are not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or other incidents caused by the courier service once the parcel has been dispatched. Delivery time frames provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk for the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch. Any claims for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments must be directed to the courier. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the courier where possible.
