At MFHB (My Favourite Halal Butcher), we take great pride in the quality of our fresh halal meat. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Fresh Meat Orders
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@mfhb.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will respond within 1 business day
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Non-Deliveries
If your order has not arrived on the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
