Important Delivery Information – Perishable Goods

Our products are fresh, perishable meat items delivered by DPD.

DPD will attempt delivery a maximum of two (2) times.

If delivery fails, the parcel is destroyed and cannot be returned or redelivered for food safety reasons.

By placing this order, you confirm that:
• Someone will be available to receive the delivery
• Or a safe delivery location / delivery instructions are provided

No refunds or replacements can be issued for orders destroyed due to failed delivery attempts.
